In this group, you will learn to:​

• Use simple, effective communication strategies

• Set boundaries and advocate for your needs

• Use your personal values to guide choices and behaviors

• Manage anxiety about practicing assertiveness 

• Respond to negative feedback in helpful ways

Attendance Requirements & Important Information:​

• Open to adults aged 19 years and up

• Total cost for the five-week therapy group: $125

• Discount available for students and healthcare workers
